Harford County Cancer & Tobacco Community CoalitionThe Harford County Cancer & Tobacco Community Coalition (HCCTCC) was formed in 1999 to serve as the planning and advisory board for programs developed utilizing grants from the Cigarette Restitution Fund (CRF). The Coalition ensures that Harford County voices are heard, and every community's needs are met. There are over 100 community members working in two sections, Cancer & Tobacco. Each section is led by a Coalition Coordinator who is a Harford County Health Department staff member. All Coalition activities are monitored by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

Community groups & individuals, faith based groups, the public & private school systems, for-profit & not for-profit agencies, and the Health Department work in concert, striving for a healthier Harford County.
