The Harford County Cancer & Tobacco Community Coalition (HCCTCC) and the Harford County Health Department (HCHD) are seeking proposals for the provision of services described herein. This request is part of a competitive bidding process in accordance with HCHD procurement procedures and is subject to all rules, regulations, and provisions thereof.
